Burning

Starting January 1, 2015 you will no longer need to get a burning permit. Please follow the rules below.

You must also remain 50 ft from any structure

NO Burning of the following –Trash, Rubbish or Garbage/Oil, Plastic or Rubber Products/Shingles or Treated Wood 

Any burning in excess of five (5) feet in diameter and 3 ft in height must contact Lake Country Fire and Rescue 262-646-6235 for rules, regulations, insurance and possible fees this does include prairie burning.
